Pine Lake Road -- City of Lincoln, NE

Project Overview

To meet current and future growth needs of southeast Lincoln, the City is moving forward with design and re-construction of Pine Lake Road from 84^th to 98^th streets and 98^th Street between Old Cheney and Yankee Hill. Construction is scheduled to begin in the spring of 2008.

The emphasis of the projects is on three goals: safety of vehicular and pedestrian traffic, capacity of the roadway to accommodate future growth and improvement of traffic flow into and from the surrounding residential and commercial areas. The City of Lincoln is working to complete preliminary and final roadway plans for construction. As part of this, the surrounding residents and business owners will receive project Newsletters and will have opportunities to provide feedback on the project during public information meetings.
